RosaryBase provides professional OEM customization services for wholesale customers, supporting customization based on your design images or physical samples to meet branding and differentiation needs. OEM customization means producing rosary products according to your design requirements, with your brand logo (LOGO), specified materials, colors, and packaging. Suitable for the following customers:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The MOQ for customized products is 1,200 pieces. For orders below 1,200 pieces, small-batch customization can be negotiated at spot customization pricing.
Wood, glass, natural stone, plastic/acrylic, etc. Origin or grade can be specified.
Specify bead color, diameter (6mm-12mm available), can mix different colors.
Provide design drawings or physical photos. We can create custom molds for exclusive crucifix/centerpiece (additional mold fee applies).
Specify the color of the knots (matching the beads or brand colors is acceptable), and various weaving styles are available.
OPP bag, velvet pouch, gift box, color box, etc. Packaging can be printed with LOGO or brand info (hot stamping, silk printing, UV, etc.).
Brand LOGO can be printed on crucifix, centerpiece, or packaging (hot stamping, silk printing, laser engraving, depending on material).
The customization process consists of 6 steps, from requirements communication to final delivery, with dedicated follow-up throughout:
Sampling is a very important step in the customization process to ensure that the bulk products match your expectations.
• The sampling fee can be fully refunded after the bulk order is confirmed, or directly deducted from the bulk order payment.
• Complex processes (requiring mold/ special materials): 10-15 days
• Expedited sampling: negotiable, expedited fee is 10%-20% of the bulk order amount.
• Provide physical sample: Send existing samples to our factory, we will replicate or improve based on the sample.
• Provide design draft: Provide design files in AI/PSD/PDF format, specify dimensions, materials, and process requirements.

Custom orders adopt stage-by-stage payment to protect both parties' interests:
Pay the sampling fee$100 USD
The sampling fee can be refunded after bulk order confirmation.
After sample confirmation, pay 30%-50% of the total bulk order amount as deposit. Factory arranges production.
After production is completed and inspection is satisfactory, pay the remaining 50%-70% balance. Factory arranges shipment.
Supported payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard), Bank Transfer (T/T), WeChat Pay, Alipay. For large orders (≥$10,000), payment after delivery can be applied (subject to credit review).
Inspection Methods (choose one)
After production is completed, the factory takes product videos and high-resolution photos and sends them to your email or WeChat. You confirm product quality and quantity via video/photos.
Advantage: No travel required, saves time and travel costs. Suitable for most orders.
You can personally or entrust a third-party inspection agency to inspect at the factory site. Factory address: No. 5 Qihang Road, Houzhai Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China.
Note: Travel expenses for on-site inspection are borne by the buyer. It is recommended for orders with amount ≥¥50,000 or ≥$7,000.
Shipping Process After Satisfactory Inspection
• If you have objections to product quality, please raise them during inspection. We will negotiate a solution (rework/replenishment/discount, etc.).
• After inspection confirmation, it is deemed that the product quality is accepted. Subsequent quality objections will not be accepted (unless there are hidden defects).
- Custom products do not support returns: Custom products are produced specifically according to your requirements and cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, returns without reason are not supported. Please confirm all requirements before placing an order.
- No modifications after production confirmation: After paying the deposit, the factory arranges production according to the confirmed sample. At this point, order modifications (including material, color, quantity, packaging, etc.) are not accepted. If modification is needed, you must bear the loss of the produced portion.
- Color difference and detail variations: Custom products are subject to material characteristics and handcrafted processes. There may be certain color differences or detail variations between different batches (such as bead texture, knot tightness, etc.). This is normal and does not constitute a quality issue. If you have extremely high requirements for color accuracy or details, please communicate and confirm with customer service before sampling, and specify the specific requirements in writing when confirming the sample.
- Delivery date may be extended due to force majeure: In case of force majeure factors such as raw material shortage, holidays, logistics delays, etc., the delivery date may be extended. We will notify you in advance and negotiate a solution.
