Important Notice: RosaryBase is a B2B wholesale supply platform. Returns are generally not accepted. However, to accommodate our buyers, we offer differentiated return services based on order type and value. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. RosaryBase is a B2B wholesale supply platform serving global buyers. All products are sold on a wholesale trade basis. Due to the nature of wholesale business, we generally do not offer unconditional returns. However, to protect buyer interests, we have established the following tiered return policy based on order value and type:

In-Stock Orders ≤ ¥1,000
Low-value in-stock purchases are eligible for flexible returns.
  • Condition:Unconditional return
  • Deadline:Within 7 calendar days after receiving goods
  • Product Requirement:Unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
  • Shipping Cost:Borne by buyer (both return and original shipping)
  • Refund Method:Original payment method after quality inspection passed

In-Stock Orders > ¥1,000
High-value in-stock orders — sample first recommended.
  • Recommended Process:Purchase samples first to confirm quality before placing bulk orders
  • Return Rights:If you purchase in bulk without prior sample confirmation, we reserve the right to refuse returns
  • Exception:Quality-related returns are not subject to this restriction
  • Shipping Cost:Quality-related returns — borne by us; non-quality returns — borne by buyer
❌ No Returns
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Made to your specifications — cannot be resold.
  • Scope:OEM/ODM products, customized material/color/size/packaging, non-standard items
  • Reason:These products are made-to-order and not general stock — cannot be resold
  • Quality Assurance:Sample confirmation required before mass production
  • Quality Claims:Only accepted if the final product deviates from the confirmed sample
❌ No Returns
Overseas Direct-Ship Orders
International shipping costs are prohibitively high.
  • Scope:All orders shipped to destinations outside mainland China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan)
  • Reason:Round-trip international shipping costs exceed product value
  • Recommended Process:Overseas buyers should purchase samples first to verify quality and specifications before placing bulk orders
  • Quality Claims:Only serious discrepancies from product description or major quality defects will be considered for resolution

4. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for returns:
  • Past the return deadline (over 7 calendar days after receipt)
  • Products have been used, opened, worn, washed, or damaged
  • Products cannot be resold (damaged packaging, missing labels, visible signs of use, etc.)
  • Bulk purchase without prior sample confirmation (in-stock orders > ¥1,000)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Orders shipped to destinations outside mainland China
  • Buyer's own reasons (wrong size, ordering error, etc.) that do not meet the above return conditions
