We offer various materials:

• Wood: Warm texture, suitable for high-end markets, higher price.

• Glass: Rich colors, high gloss, suitable for younger demographics, moderate price.

• Natural stone (agate, lapis lazuli, etc.): Premium texture, suitable for gift markets.

• Plastic/acrylic: Lowest price, suitable for bulk promotional use.

Our rosaries are made with hand-weaving craftsmanship. Bead stringing, knotting, and assembly are all completed by skilled workers. Each product undergoes manual quality inspection to ensure sturdiness and durability. Handmade craftsmanship also gives each rosary a unique texture.

Total length is typically 50-55 cm (including crucifix), bead diameter 6-8 mm (other sizes can be customized).

Standard size is suitable for adults. For children's version, we can provide a compact version with bead diameter 4-5 mm and total length 40-45 cm. Please note your requirement when placing an order.

We can also customize special sizes according to your requirements.

All products are made according to traditional religious specifications and are suitable for formal religious occasions:

• Catholic rosaries: Used for reciting the Rosary, with 5 decades corresponding to the Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries.

• Islamic prayer beads (Tasbih): Used for Tasbih prayer, with 99 beads corresponding to the 99 Names of Allah.

The ordering process is simple:

1. On the product page, select specifications and quantity, click "Add to Cart";

2. Go to the shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout";

3. Fill in the shipping address, select payment method, and submit the order;

4. Complete payment and wait for shipment.

RosaryBase supports access from mobile phones, tablets, and computers, with responsive page design for various screen sizes.

• Spot orders: Shipped within 1-3 business days after payment (if stock is sufficient).

• OEM custom orders: After sample confirmation, production cycle is typically 15-30 days, then shipped after completion.

After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, and you can track the package status in real time.

• Unpaid orders: Can be directly cancelled in "My Orders".

• Paid but not yet shipped: Please email v@mecrt.com immediately, and we will assist in cancelling and providing a full refund.

• Shipped orders: Cannot be cancelled, but you can apply for a return according to the return policy after receiving the goods.

After logging in, go to "My Account" -> "My Orders" to view the status of all orders:

• Pending Payment: Order submitted, waiting for payment.

• Pending Shipment: Paid, being prepared for shipment.

• Shipped: Goods have been dispatched, click "View Logistics" to track.

• Completed: Order confirmed, transaction closed.

All prices on RosaryBase are factory wholesale prices. We connect directly with the source factory, with no middleman price difference. You can see the wholesale price after registering and logging in.

Yes! RosaryBase applies tier-based pricing:

• 1-49 pieces: Retail wholesale price

• 50-199 pieces: Enjoy wholesale discount

• 200-1,199 pieces: Enjoy bulk wholesale discount

• 1,200+ pieces: Can be calculated at OEM custom price, enjoying the lowest unit price.

After adding to cart, the system will automatically calculate the unit price according to quantity.

• New customers: First order can enjoy new customer exclusive discount (subject to website promotions).

• Membership discount: After registering, accumulate consumption amount to upgrade membership level and enjoy lower discounts.

• Referral rewards: Refer other buyers to register and place orders, and you can receive points or discount coupons.

The prices displayed on the website are already very competitive, but negotiation is possible in the following situations:

• Single purchase amount ≥ $5,000 USD

Customizable content:

Customization process:

1. Email v@mecrt.com with your customization requirements;

2. Engineers evaluate feasibility and provide a quotation (1-2 business days);

3. After confirming the quotation, arrange sampling (sampling fee is refundable);

4. After sample confirmation, pay the bulk deposit (usually 30%);

5. The factory arranges production (15-30 days), after completion, pay the balance and ship.

• Sampling cycle: Usually 7-10 days (may be longer for complex craftsmanship).

• Production cycle: 15-30 days after sample confirmation.

• Sampling fee: $50-200 USD depending on customization complexity. After bulk order confirmation, the sampling fee can be fully refunded.

• Expedited service: If expedited processing is needed, please contact customer service for negotiation.

• OEM customization MOQ: Usually 1,200 pieces. For quantities below 1,200 pieces, small-batch customization at spot prices is possible.

• Mixing styles and colors: Supported! In the same order, you can mix different styles and colors, as long as the total quantity reaches the MOQ.

For example: For a custom order of 1,200 rosaries, 600 pieces can be olive wood and 600 pieces glass.

• Sample confirmation: Before bulk production, we will first make samples and send them to you for confirmation.

• Bulk QA: After bulk production is completed, we will conduct random inspection (AQL standard).

• Quality guarantee: If bulk quality is inconsistent with the confirmed sample, we are responsible for rework or replenishment.

We support global shipping (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, China). Main countries/regions covered include:

• Americas: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, etc.;

• Europe: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, etc.;

• Asia-Pacific: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, India, etc.;

• Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, etc.;

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination:

• When placing an order, the system will automatically calculate shipping costs;

• Orders ≥ $5,000 USD qualify for free shipping (limited to specified shipping methods);

• Different shipping methods have different prices, you can choose the most suitable method at checkout;

• For bulk orders, sea freight or rail transport is recommended; for small orders, international express is recommended.

Delivery time (from date of shipment):

• Chinese Mainland: 3-5 business days

• Asia-Pacific: 5-10 business days

• Major European/American Countries: 10-20 business days

• South America/Middle East: 15-30 business days

Logistics tracking:

After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, and you can track in real time.

Yes! RosaryBase provides dropshipping service. If you are a no-inventory seller (e.g., selling on Amazon, eBa, Shopify), we can help you ship products directly to your end customers.

Dropshipping process:

1. Send your store order information to us;

2. We pack and ship directly to your customer;

3. Provide logistics tracking number. No additional service fee. Contact customer service for details.

Supported payment methods:

• PayPal (recommended for international customers)

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.)

• Bank Transfer (T/T, suitable for large orders)

• WeChat Pay / Alipay (suitable for domestic customers)

Payment security:

All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted channels to ensure your payment information security.

• Spot orders: Payment must be completed within 3 days after ordering, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

• OEM custom orders: After quotation confirmation, sampling fee must be paid within 7 days; after sample confirmation, bulk deposit (30%) must be paid within 7 days.

If you cannot pay on time due to special circumstances, please contact customer service in advance.

OEM custom orders adopt stage-payment:

• Sampling stage: Pay sampling fee ($50-200);

• Before bulk production: Pay bulk deposit (usually 30% of total order amount);

• After bulk completion: Pay balance (70%), then arrange shipment.

For bulk orders ≥ $10,000 USD, payment after delivery can be applied (credit qualification review required).

Returns accepted: Incorrect items, quality defects, severe shipping damage (proof required)

No returns: OEM custom products (unless quality issues), overseas direct shipment orders, over 7 days, used or damaged by customer.

Email v@mecrt.com within 7 days of receipt with photos -> CS reviews within 1-2 business days -> Return goods to specified address -> Refund within 3-5 business days. If caused by us (wrong items, quality issues), we pay shipping; if by buyer, buyer pays.

Unpaid orders: Cancel in your account. Paid but unshipped: Contact customer service for full refund. Shipped orders: Cannot cancel, handle according to return policy after receipt.

Direct factory supply! RosaryBase is the direct-sales cross-border platform of Yiwu Tianlv Crafts Factory, with 15 years of rosary manufacturing experience. Located at Small Micro Entrepreneurship Park, No. 5 Qihang Road, Houzhai Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. Factory visits are welcome!

Yes! Just order 1 piece (1-piece MOQ) to get a sample at wholesale price. For OEM customization, sampling can be arranged with a refundable sampling fee after bulk order confirmation.
