About RosaryBase

2. Account Management
How to Register

Click "Login/Register" at the top right → Fill in email, password→ Verify email/phone → Registration complete. Enjoy wholesale prices, order management, address management, and more after registering.

Forgot Password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page → Enter registered email → Check for reset email → Click the link in the email to set a new password. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder or contact customer service.

Address Management

After logging in, go to "My Account" → "Address Management" → Add/Edit/Delete shipping addresses. You can set a default address (auto-filled at checkout). Supports multiple addresses for different shipment batches.

3. How to Place an Order

RosaryBase supports two ordering methods: spot orders (1 piece MOQ) and OEM custom orders (1200 pieces MOQ).

📦 Spot Order Process
1. Select specifications and quantity on product page, click "Add to Cart"
2. Go to cart, click "Proceed to Checkout"
3. Fill in shipping address, select payment method, submit order
4. Complete payment, wait for shipment (1-3 business days)
5. Confirm receipt, order complete
🏭 OEM Custom Order Process
1. Email v@mecrt.com with your customization requirements
2. Engineers evaluate feasibility and provide quotation (1-2 business days)
3. After confirming quotation, arrange sampling (sampling fee refundable)
4. After sample confirmation, pay bulk deposit (usually 30%)
5. Factory arranges production (15-30 days), pay balance and ship
MOQ Notes: Spot orders 1 piece MOQ; OEM custom orders 1,200 pieces MOQ. The more quantity, the lower the unit price.

Shipping Coverage

We support global shipping (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, China). Main regions covered: Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, etc. If your country is not listed, please contact customer service to confirm.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. The system automatically calculates and displays fees at checkout. Orders ≥ $5,000 USD qualify for free shipping (limited to specified shipping methods).

  • Asia-Pacific: 5-10 business days
  • Major European/American Countries: 10-20 business days
  • South America/Middle East: 15-30 business days
Logistics Tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can click "View Logistics" in "My Orders" to track in real time, or query on the logistics company's official website.
